Hi, my name is Charlotte Harrington and I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Gonzaga University, completing my internship under Suzanne Apelskog, MS, LMHC, BC-TMH. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, I completed my undergraduate degrees in Psychology and English (Linguistics) from Arizona State University (ASU). After graduating I worked as a Behavioral Health technician (BHT) in a community mental health agency and later as an academic advisor at ASU before finding my way to Spokane.
My greatest passion is bearing witness to others as they discover, embrace, and develop their truest selves. I am person-centered and collaborative, working to create a safe space for BIPOC, the LGBTQIA+ community, and any/all identities. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and draw from evidence-based approaches to support holistic growth and healing. Whatever your unique needs, I want to be the person that walks alongside you.
