The human experience can be complicated. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, or challenging life events, my goal is to create a space that is supportive, non-judgmental, and encouraging of personal growth.
I approach counseling from a client-centered perspective, as I believe you are the expert on your own life. In session, I am warm, compassionate, and direct. I incorporate the use of humor, when appropriate, and prioritize creating a space that is tailored toward your specific goals.
My therapeutic orientation is based in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). However, I utilize an intentionally integrative approach, pulling from other techniques that will best serve you as my client. I enjoy working with diverse populations and practice from a multicultural lens that is affirming of LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC experiences.
I graduated with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Washington University in 2025. I have training in suicide intervention, trauma-informed care, psychological first aid, and crisis intervention. I have previously worked with a variety of clients in crisis-level, community mental health, and talk-therapy settings, and particularly enjoy working with clients aged 16 and older.
I truly believe therapy can benefit anyone and everyone. Whatever your challenge, it would be an honor to welcome you into a space of safety, confidentiality and advocacy. I look forward to getting to know you.
