Hi everyone! My name is Lexi and I recently graduated with my Masters in Clinical Counseling from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego in August 2025. I grew up in the Seattle area and came to Spokane for my undergraduate degree at Whitworth University. I am excited to be back in the area and working at Life’s learning! I am passionate about walking alongside people in their unique journeys and creating a safe, warm, and collaborative space for
self-discovery, growth, and healing.
My theoretical approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Person-Centered Therapy, and I currently have been trained in Gottman Therapy- Level I. However I also believe in the benefits of utilizing an integrative approach to best tailor and guide our work together to help you reach your goals. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for
meaningful work, and I aim to create a space where you feel truly heard, seen, and understood.
I have had the privilege of previously working in ABA therapy, where I worked closely with neurodiverse children and teens to support communication, emotion regulation, and daily living skills. I have also worked in a residential psychiatric treatment facility for individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges, helping them to establish safety, stability, and find hope in some of life’s most challenging moments. These experiences have deepened my belief
in meeting people where they are at, acknowledging and exploring their strengths, and creating compassionate and individualized care through a trauma-informed lens.
I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you in your journey of healing and growth.
